Versand- und Lieferbedingungen

Fees and indicative times

  • Germany: €4.99 with DHL Standard, free for orders of €50 or more; delivery within 2–4 business days.
  • European Union: €13.99; delivery within 4–8 business days.
  • Other international destinations offered at checkout: €19.99; delivery within 7–21 business days, subject to customs processing.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the dispatch location. For standard products, these delivery periods include order preparation and begin after payment is received. A different product-specific delivery period, if shown before you order, applies to that product. Your delivery country, currency and shipping charge are confirmed before payment. We inform you if we become aware of a delay; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Personalised candles

Personalised candles are made to order in 3–5 business days after payment and dispatched from Berlin. Carrier delivery then takes 2–4 business days within Germany, 4–8 within the EU, or 7–21 to other supported destinations, subject to customs processing. Allow 5–9 business days in total within Germany, 7–13 within the EU, or 10–26 to other supported destinations, plus any customs delay. For a mixed order, allow the longer product delivery period; any partial shipments we arrange do not add shipping charges.

Supported destinations and delivery issues

We deliver to Germany, the other 26 EU countries, and the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States, where checkout offers delivery to your address. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or fails to arrive, contact us with your order number. NAVA is your contact for resolving the delivery issue; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Non-EU deliveries

Customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply outside the EU. They are assessed by the destination country and are payable by the buyer; they are not included in the prices or shipping fees above.
