How a contract is formed

Product pages invite you to place an order; they are not binding offers by NAVA. You can review and correct your cart before placing a paid order. By placing the order, you make a binding offer. An automated receipt confirms that we received it but does not accept it. The contract is formed when we send a separate order confirmation or dispatch the goods. You can correct your details before submitting the final order. Your order details and the applicable terms and withdrawal information are provided by email; please keep a copy. Shopify stores order records for fulfilment and legal purposes. We do not provide a separate customer-accessible archive of the complete contract text.

Prices, payment and delivery

Consumer prices include applicable VAT and are shown in the currency of your selected delivery country. Additional shipping charges and the final total are shown before you place your order. Shipping charges are shown before you place an order. Available payment methods and delivery destinations are shown in Shopify checkout. Our shipping information gives the current fees and indicative delivery times.

Personalised products and withdrawal

You are responsible for checking the wording and choices you submit for a personalised candle. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs under § 312g(2)(1) BGB. This applies to candles bearing your own inscription, photograph or artwork. Selecting only a standard scent, colour, vessel or stock label does not remove the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights if goods are defective or differ from your order remain unaffected. See the withdrawal information for details.

Ownership and defects

Goods remain our property until fully paid for. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods apply, including the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery, subject to statutory extensions. Necessary costs of remedying a defect, including return transport, are borne by NAVA. Any additional guarantee applies only when expressly stated with the relevant offer.

Contract language

You may order in German or English. These terms are available in both languages with the same substance. The language selected in checkout is used for the order process. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
